Cory is second to none. The guy is on top of things - came through for me and friends a number of times. His rates are very good, but most importantly - he delivers. I would not have closed without him. He knows lenders, proactive with contingency plans, and works his butt off to make things happen. He's very good - knowledgeable, thorough, responsive - always on your side.

I put Cory to the test for best rate and speed at closing. We went in contract in June and Cory only had 2.5 weeks to close. He gave me the best rate and locked in, and worked overtime hours plus weekends to see that I was very satisfied. We closed on time with everything in order. I contacted them via recommendation on Bankrate.com on June 15. It took only about three days to see that they were clearly the best rate for my refinance - in fact, one bank I called, before trying to sell me product, just asked about the rates I was seeing. When I mentioned the 30-year fixed rate I was being offered, without points, from FirstCap US Mortgage, he simply said, "If that's for real, you need to just lock that in right away. I haven't closed on anything that low in at least 8 months, and you're not going to see anything like that from a bank." Cory was very easy to deal with and remarkably available, replying to emails and sending on information on Saturdays and Sundays and sometimes after hours.
